Amazing-Grace Ighedo, DNP, CRNA

Amazing-Grace is a mentor, educator, and passionate advocate for transformational preceptorship. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in French in 2003, she boldly shifted paths. Immigrating to the U.S. in 2009, she rose from certified nursing assistant (CNA) to registered nurse (RN), and eventually to Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) — graduating from an Ivy League university. Balancing marriage, motherhood, and a non-linear journey, she found her deepest calling in mentorship.

Amazing-Grace is the founder of Rise Mentorship, a free program dedicated to supporting aspiring CRNAs and anyone seeking to rise in their professional journey. As a proud product of the Diversity Nurse Anesthesia Mentorship Program (DNAMP), she understands firsthand the life-changing power of guidance, representation, and community. She believes great preceptors do more than teach — they ignite confidence, resilience, and leadership in those they mentor. Through education, mentorship, and heart-led preceptorship, Amazing-Grace is passionate about creating a ripple effect of excellence for the next generation.
